The USO is chartered by the U.S. Congress to meet the human service needs of our armed Forces personnel and their families. USO of Metropolitan New York is responsible for providing programs and services to military personnel and their families in the tri-state area-New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. USO is a non profit, nongovernmental organization supported entirely through the generosity of private individuals, corporations and associations with both monetary and in-kind contributions.
