I recently met Patrizia for sparkling hair color contrasts at New York's fashionable midtown hair salon, Salon Ziba. Patrizia works on Sundays, as part of her weekly schedule, and Sunday is a great leisurely day for hair color treatments, as it takes a couple of hours, and Salon Ziba has the full staff downstairs on Sundays, so you can have all your hair services together, efficiently on one floor. Patrizia took her time, with single process completed and rinsed out, before she applied highlights. This extra step allowed for nuanced color, with highlights, low lights, and medium lights, as well. Entela shaped and styled my hair afterwards, and both Patrizia and Entela are warm, sociable, and highly professional.
On other days, I choose a stylist from my "team", a great idea to have several stylists who know your hair, so you can quickly make an appointment with one of your "team" stylists. My Ziba "team" also includes Eleanora, Svetlana, Mauricio, Alan, and Felipe, stylists from all over the globe, and all masters of current trends. Olivier, Nim, Todd, Madeline, Mark, Marina, and the other Ziba managers and desk staff always greet me enthusiastically and personally. The ladies at the sinks, Maria, Regina, Sandra and many more, who wash, condition, comb, and apply the color and gloss treatments are a winning team as well, and they remember the Ziba clients on a very personal basis.
Alonso, Salon Ziba's owner, from Colombia, is world-renowned for his fashionable clientele and unique hair treatments. Also available at Salon Ziba are nail treatments, private massage therapy, waxing, and more. Alonso is active in the New York media, participating often in special galas, events, television interviews, magazine promotions, and charity events, as he strongly supports women's health organizations.
