We enjoyed sharing four different appetizers: Shrimps with Pineapple, with Crisp Fried Plantain, Miso Roasted Salmon, with Wakame Seaweed Salad, Tuna and Salmon Tartare, on Crisp Waffle Chips, and Butternut Squash, Sage Risotto, with Goat Cheese Crumble. Each was incredibly delicious, fresh, and gorgeously presented.
