I have stopped by Westway Diner for brunch, lunch, pre-theater, and after-theater, on numerous occasions, and their service is absolutely perfect and professional. After one visit to Westway Diner, the waiters and managers will know your name and greet you personally on your arrival. Each order, either eating in or taking out, is expertly and attentively prepared. The photos below reflect a Mexican Omelette Brunch, a Greek Yogurt and Berry Brunch, a Chicken Noodle Soup Lunch, a California Omelette Lunch, a Blueberry Pancake Pre-theater Supper (a friend’s order), and my order that night, a Veggie Quesadilla. I love stopping by Westway Diner, it’s always a party there, festive waiters and warm wishes.
Westway Diner is located near all Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, the High Line, Hudson River Park with the Intrepid Museum and cruise boats, Riverside Park South, Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum and the various 42nd Street Cinemas, and the Fashion District. Westway Diner has the largest menu, with almost any dish you can imagine, Greek, Italian, Breakfast/Brunch, Bagels and Blintzes, Mexican, Deli, Thai, Hot and Cold Sandwiches, Salads, Baked Potato Specials, Diet Specials, Soups, Burger Specials, Wraps, Chicken, Steaks, Chops, Seafood and Fresh Lake Fish, Paninis, Smoothies, Desserts and Bakery, Fresh Fruits, Juices, Teas, Specialty Coffees, Shakes, and a Wine and Liquor Bar, as well.
