This afternoon, at Salon Ziba's flagship salon, on West 57th Street, where they are celebrating 30 years of success, I met my warm and dependable colorist, Ramona, for my regular Inoa single process treatment. Inoa is made by L’Oréal and is an oil-based, ammonia-free hair colour system. For my occasional highlights treatment, Ramona also uses an ammonia-free system, leaving my hair in the most manageable form. My longtime stylist, Mauricio, is a master stylist and very creative and patient. Abraham is a genius at the sink, usung hot moist towels and massage techniques to keep hair and scalp in perfect condition.
